Personalised Care Plus is a Social Enterprise providing domiciliary care to people in their own homes.  We pride ourselves in delivering services and solutions that enable health and care systems to deliver high quality care.

Our Vision

Our phylosophy is to reflect and promote values that focuses on the individual service user as being at the centre of Care Service planning and Service delivery. To help achieve this, Personalized Care Plus has drawn upon the fundamental Core Values of Care to develop the following Service Values which will form the basis for considering the provision of an individual Care Service:

Our Team

The Registered Manager/Proprietor is Enzani Nyatoro who is a health care professional with a Nursing, Health Care Law, Health Care Business and Risk Management qualifications.

Enzani Nyatoro

Owner and Founder / Managing Director

The Registered Manager/Proprietor is Enzani Nyatoro who is a health care professional with a Nursing, Health Care Law, Health Care Business and Risk Management qualifications. She has extensive experience of working in a clinical capacity and Senior Management administrative roles in Governance, Quality and Patient Safety in the NHS and the independent sector. Her knowledge, experience and skills include implementation of strategic change initiatives, promoting and coaching teams to improve outcomes for clients, service users and carers. Mrs Nyatoro believes having a practical approach is invaluable and as such, she has maintained her professional registration by providing hands on care to Service Users from time to time. This which has helped her keep her skills up to date whilst coaching and supervising staff to ensure the team continues to provide personalized compassionate care. It is also a way of evaluating the effectiveness of our approach, systems and processes to ensure both service user and staff.

Ireen Mwandifura

Lead Care Assistant / Team Leader – Joined 2020

Ireen is our Lead Team Leader at Personalized Care Plus and plays a vital role in supporting both our clients and our care team. She joined PCP after previously working as a Carer at Caremark, where she gained valuable hands-on experience in delivering compassionate, person-centred care.

In her role as Lead Team Leader, Ireen continues to provide high-quality care while also taking on additional responsibilities within the service. She supports care staff in the community, offers guidance and encouragement, promotes good practice, and helps ensure that our clients receive safe, respectful, and reliable support.

Ireen is an important part of the day-to-day running of PCP. She acts as a trusted link between the care team and management, helping with communication, supporting staff, reporting concerns, and assisting with the smooth running of care delivery. Her calm approach, experience, and willingness to help others make her a valued and dependable member of the team.

One of Ireen’s many strengths is her ability to communicate with people from different backgrounds. She speaks multiple Southern African languages, which helps her build strong relationships, support clear communication, and make clients and colleagues feel comfortable, understood, and respected.

Ireen’s caring nature, leadership qualities, and commitment to helping others make her a vital part of Personalized Care Plus. Her role reflects our company values by combining hands-on care, teamwork, professionalism, and a genuine passion for supporting people.

Darryl Nyatoro

Human Resources Manager – Joined 2024

Darryl is our Human Resources Manager at Personalized Care Plus, responsible for supporting the people who make our care service possible. Having previously worked at Sky TV in London, Darryl brings valuable experience in communication, professionalism, staff support, and workplace organisation to his role within the company.

As HR Manager, Darryl helps ensure that our recruitment, onboarding, staff records, and employee support processes are managed smoothly and professionally. His day-to-day responsibilities include supporting new staff through the hiring process, assisting with interviews, checking documentation, maintaining HR records, and helping ensure that all team members meet the standards required to work in a care environment.

Darryl also plays an important role in supporting staff wellbeing, workplace communication, company policies, and professional conduct. He works closely with management to help create a positive, respectful, and organised working environment where staff feel supported and valued.

His role is essential in helping Personalized Care Plus build a reliable, professional, and compassionate team, ensuring that our carers and office staff have the guidance and support they need to provide high-quality care to our clients.

Isobel Martin

Human Resources Assistant – Joined 2026

Isobel is our HR Assistant at Personalized Care Plus and has been part of the team for five months. She supports the day-to-day running of the HR department, helping with staff records, recruitment administration, onboarding, documentation, and general communication with staff. Her role is important in helping ensure that our team is well supported, organised, and professionally managed.

Isobel’s background is a little different, which gives her a thoughtful and well-rounded approach to her role. She originally studied English and History before deciding that she wanted a change in career direction. This led her to complete a Master’s degree in Business Management, where she developed a strong interest in Human Resources. Her hard work and dedication during her studies were recognised when she achieved the award for Best MSc Management Student.

While studying management, Isobel discovered that she particularly enjoyed the HR side of business, especially the way HR supports people, improves workplaces, and helps teams grow. This interest led her to begin her HR journey at Personalized Care Plus, where she is now working as an HR Apprentice and continuing to develop her knowledge and confidence in the field.

In her role, Isobel brings a friendly, professional, and caring approach to supporting staff. She enjoys learning, being part of a busy care company, and contributing to a workplace where people feel valued and supported. Her academic background, interest in people, and willingness to grow make her a valued member of the Personalized Care Plus team.

Isobel is passionate about building her career in HR and is proud to be developing her skills within a company that focuses on care, compassion, and supporting others.

Kenneth Walcott

Business Support Officer – Joined 2023

Kenneth is our Business Support Officer at Personalized Care Plus, playing an important role in supporting the smooth and efficient running of the company. He provides valuable administrative and operational support to the management team, care staff, and wider service, helping to ensure that day-to-day processes are organised, professional, and reliable.

In his role, Kenneth supports a range of key office duties, including maintaining accurate records, assisting with staff documentation, supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, responding to enquiries, coordinating communication, and helping ensure information is handled with care and confidentiality.

Kenneth’s work helps keep the service running smoothly behind the scenes, allowing our care team to focus on delivering safe, compassionate, and person-centred support to our clients. His attention to detail, professionalism, and willingness to support others make him a valued member of the Personalized Care Plus team.

Although his main role is office-based, Kenneth also attends occasional care shifts when needed. He finds this especially rewarding, as it gives him the opportunity to directly support clients, build meaningful relationships, and see firsthand the positive difference that quality care can make in people’s lives.

James Jr Nyatoro

Business Development Manager – Joined 2024

With around eight years of experience within the health and social care sector, James began his career as a carer at St Mary’s Hospital, working within a medium secure hospital environment. He then progressed into domiciliary care in Derby before taking on a Team Leader role at Senad Group, where he developed strong leadership, operational, and staff management skills.

James first joined Personalized Care Plus LTD as a carer in 2023 before returning in November 2025 as Business Development Manager. His return reflects his commitment to the organisation and his passion for supporting the continued growth of high-quality, person-centred care services. In his current role, James supports multiple areas of the business, including daily operations, uniforms and PPE management, staff support, marketing, and social media management, as well as helping to branch and expand the company’s presence within the care sector.

Having studied Business Brand Management at the University of Central Lancashire, James combines his academic background with extensive hands-on care experience. He is particularly motivated by supporting individuals from challenging and disadvantaged backgrounds and is committed to delivering compassionate care that promotes dignity, independence, and improved quality of life.

Vladyslav Miroshnichenko

Quality & Compliance Officer – Joined 2026

Vladyslav is our Quality & Compliance Officer at Personalized Care Plus and plays an important role in helping ensure that our service is safe, well-organised, and delivered to a high standard. His role focuses on supporting quality assurance, compliance, and good practice across the company, helping to make sure that both clients and staff receive the right level of support.

As part of his day-to-day role, Vladyslav helps monitor care standards, supports audits, reviews documentation, assists with compliance checks, and helps ensure that records, policies, and procedures are kept up to date. He works closely with the management team and care staff to identify areas for improvement, promote best practice, and help maintain the standards expected within a professional homecare service.

Vladyslav is also currently completing an apprenticeship at Derby College, developing his knowledge and skills further while applying what he learns within his role at Personalized Care Plus. His commitment to learning shows his dedication to growing professionally and contributing positively to the company.

Outside of work, Vladyslav enjoys going to the gym and staying fit. His discipline, motivation, and focus on self-improvement are qualities that also reflect in his work. He brings a calm, reliable, and professional approach to his role and is a valued member of the Personalized Care Plus team.

Through his work in quality and compliance, Vladyslav helps support the continued delivery of safe, effective, and person-centred care, ensuring that Personalized Care Plus continues to provide a service clients and families can trust.
